1.3 JourneoAI may offer community-driven features (e.g., “Community Trips”) that allow Users to view or share generated itineraries with others. If enabled, Users assume full responsibility for shared content.

2. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

2.1 Use of this Website is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, Users represent and warrant that:

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.2 JourneoAI shall not be held liable for:

5.3 In all cases, JourneoAI’s maximum liability shall be limited to €500.
